To install your Sky mattress, remove it from the box, place it on your box spring or sleep surface, then carefully cut away the plastic packaging. The mattress unfolds and takes its original shape. Let it regain its shape for a few hours before using it. Finally, the mattress will finish returning to its original shape in 48 hours. It is recommended to put on a mattress protector. The Mattress Protector provides protection to your mattress by protecting it from the moisture released by your body while sleeping.

Yes, it's perfectly normal for a Talalay natural latex pillow to have a slight odor when new. This odor is generally caused by the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in natural latex. The VOCs may give off a slightly rubbery odor for the first few days or weeks after purchase.

Pillow and mattress protector return policy: At Wave Beds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept exchanges and returns on pillows and mattress protectors provided they are unused and in the original packaging. If you are not satisfied with the accessories you have purchased, you can return them to us by post at your expense for exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery. To do so, simply contact our customer service department and present proof of purchase. Merchandise must be unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Any refund or balance on an exchange will be credited according to the original method of payment, less shipping charges. All returned merchandise will be examined upon receipt. A refund will be issued only after the merchandise has been examined and the refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. If the price of the desired new item is higher than the price of the returned item, you will be required to pay the difference upon exchange. Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded and the merchandise will be returned to you at your expense.
