Wave Bed adjustable bed warranty

Your new WaveBed adjustable bed is covered by a warranty directly from Rotec International, a Canadian pioneer in innovative adjustable beds since 1985.

Full one (1) year warranty : Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this first year, Rotec will replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. The replacement part will be shipped to the original purchaser at Rotec's expense. The original purchaser will be able to install the replacement part themselves by following the instructions in the user's manual.

Two (2) year warranty – Remote contol and electronic components : Our products are guaranteed for two (2) years from the original date of purchase on the remote control and electronic components. The replacement part will be shipped to the original purchaser at Rotec's expense. The original purchaser will be able to install the replacement part themselves by following the instructions in the user's manual.

Five (5) Year Warranty – Electric Motors : Our products are guaranteed for five (5) years from the date of original purchase on electric motors. The replacement part will be shipped to the original purchaser at Rotec's expense. The original purchaser will be able to install the replacement part themselves by following the instructions in the user's manual.

Twenty-five (25) year warranty – Steel structure : Our products are guaranteed for twenty-five (25) years from the date of original purchase on the steel structure.

Your new Sky mattress
is covered by a 20-year warranty directly from Matelas Dauphin, a Canadian
pioneer in the manufacture of high quality mattresses since 1970. The Sky
mattress is made in Canada by qualified professionals according to the highest
standards in terms of design and materials. If your mattress has a defect
during the warranty period, Matelas Dauphin will repair or replace it. In
business since 1970, Matelas Dauphin is renowned for the quality of its
interventions in the warranty of their mattress, pillow and mattress protector.
As a manufacturer, Matelas Dauphin provides you with assistance without an
intermediary, which significantly speeds up any warranty claims and facilitates
exchanges. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of Matelas Dauphin's
priorities. Their after-sales service is personalized and offered by a team of
qualified professionals who will be able to solve any problems you may
encounter with your products covered by their warranty.

Duration of warranty

The Sky mattress is guaranteed for 20 years (5 years 100% /
20 years pro rata). The warranty comes into effect on the date you take
possession of the mattress. If the mattress is replaced, the warranty will not
be renewed or extended. If necessary, Matelas Dauphin will replace the mattress
for the costs provided for in the guarantee scale. To see this warranty
honored, you must provide proof of purchase bearing the transaction date.
Shipping costs are not included in the warranty and will be at the customer's
expense.

In addition, it is strongly recommended to have a matching
box spring, a solid base with a rigid central support or an adjustable bed
(mattress support). An inadequate bed base creates inadequate support that
causes premature wear and failure of the mattress and box spring. Any improper
installation could void the warranty.

120 night satisfaction warranty

To ensure that you have made the best choice of mattress
possible, Matelas Dauphin offers you a trial period of up to 120 days. A
minimum trial of 60 days is mandatory. Following this test, if you are not
satisfied, Matelas Dauphin undertakes to exchange your mattress. This exchange
is applicable on the mattress only, of equal or greater value, and of the same
size. Shipping charges apply. Simply contact Matelas Dauphin customer service
to proceed with the exchange of the mattress according to the terms and you
will have to present a donation receipt to a charity for the returned mattress.
Then, Matelas Dauphin will ship your new mattress to you.

It should be noted that in the event that the price of the
new mattress purchased is higher than the price of the old one, you will have
to pay the difference at the time of the exchange. Each customer is entitled to
one (1) 120-night trial per purchase, per mattress. The 120-night trial period
is non-transferable and all returns require proof of purchase.

What happens to my matress if I return it?

Your mattress will be an excellent candidate for a
donation. We'll ask you to find a non-profit charity in your area to donate the
returned mattress to them.
